If you request a customer account, the details of your company are retrieved from the database platform of the Chamber of Commerce (“KvK”) and/or other data platforms.

If you apply for a job at Laser 2000 Benelux, the following data provided by you is processed, among other things:
- Name and address details
- Email address, telephone number and other contact details
- Date of birth, age and gender
- Curriculum vitae (CV), information about education, internships and work experience
- Data about trainings and courses and/or assessments that you have followed or completed yourself or through us
- Data about your availability
- Other data that can be relevant for the assessment of the suitability of the candidate, for example references and testimonials, nationality and work permit
- Other data that you have provided to us.
This data is only accessible to the recipients of this information, our recruiters and the persons involved in the selection procedure and the interviews. Laser 2000 Benelux uses this data exclusively for and during the application process and the employment.
You provide the above data voluntarily and you are not obliged to provide us with your personal data. However, if you provide us with no or insufficient personal data, it is possible that we cannot carry out one or more of the purposes mentioned above.
When you request a customer account, you can also subscribe to the newsletter, among other things. If we need your consent for this, we will ask you for it.
We register all purchases that you make at our company. This means that we keep track of which services you use, which products you buy, the quantities, the moment (date and time), the purchase amounts, the discounts received and the method of payment (“purchase data”).
We use your purchase data to create the purchase invoice and/or to deliver the orders.
Special and/or sensitive personal data that we process
Our website and/or service does not have the intention to collect data about website visitors who are younger than 16 years. However, we cannot check whether a visitor is older than 16. If you are convinced that we have collected personal data about a minor without that consent, please contact us at info@laser2000.nl and we will delete this information.

We do not take decisions based on automated processing on matters that can have (significant) consequences for persons. This concerns decisions that are taken by computer programs or systems, without a person (for example an employee of Laser 2000 Benelux) being involved.

We store your personal data for as long as necessary to deliver our services correctly. In addition, we store your personal data for the period in which we consider this relevant in the context of our services. The periods mentioned above apply unless Laser 2000 Benelux is obliged by a legal provision to store personal data for a longer period.

We do not provide personal data to third parties other than on the basis of the law, at your request, or to processors who carry out certain activities on behalf of Laser 2000 Benelux, such as the hosting companies of the website and the shop, the IT administrator and administrative and financial service providers. You can send a request for access, correction, deletion or transfer of your personal data, a request to withdraw your consent, or an objection to the processing of your personal data to info@laser2000.nl.
To be sure that the request for access has been made by you, we ask you to send a copy of your identity document together with the request. In this copy, please make your passport photo black, as well as the MRZ (machine readable zone; these are the two or three lines at the bottom of the front page of the passport or on the back of an ID card), the ID number and your citizen service number (BSN). This is done to protect your privacy. We respond to your request as quickly as possible, but within four weeks at the latest.
